Cercle

Terms of use

Last updated 20 September 2026.

By using Cercle you agree to these terms. Cercle is operated by LINKS, Tunisia. Questions go to contact@linksprod.com.

What Cercle is

Cercle alerts a circle of peers when one of them shares a LinkedIn post, and drafts comments you can edit. It is a notifier and a writing aid. It is not an automation tool and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn.

You act on LinkedIn, not us

Every like, comment and post on LinkedIn is made by you, by hand, from your own account. Cercle never signs into LinkedIn and never acts for you. Your use of LinkedIn remains governed by LinkedIn's own User Agreement, and keeping to it is your responsibility.

Use it honestly

You agree not to:

Comments should be worth reading. A circle that turns into a like-exchange is the thing Cercle exists to replace, and we will close it.

Your account

You need a real identity and a real LinkedIn profile. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16.

AI drafts

Drafts are generated by a language model and can be wrong, dull or inaccurate. Read and edit every one before you post it. What you post is yours, and you are responsible for it.

Plans

The Free plan includes up to 3 circles and 10 AI drafts a day. Limits can change, and we will say so before they do. Premium is not available yet and nothing is charged today.

Stopping

You can leave at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are not allowed to.

The boring but necessary part

Cercle is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, nor that using it will increase your reach — LinkedIn decides that, not us. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost reach. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes and we will tell you by email before anything significant takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia.
