Cercle helps you get more reach on LinkedIn without pods or bots. This policy explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to get rid of it. It describes what the product actually does today, not what it might do one day.
Who we are
Cercle is operated by LINKS, Tunisia. For anything about your data, write to contact@linksprod.com.
What Cercle never does
We never sign into LinkedIn on your behalf. We never like, comment, post, follow or connect for you. We never scrape LinkedIn, and we never read a LinkedIn page you have not opened yourself. Every action taken on LinkedIn is taken by you, by hand.
What we collect
When you sign in. Your name, email address and profile photo, passed to us by Google or LinkedIn. We never see or store your password.
Your profile. The LinkedIn profile link you paste, and optionally a headline, notes about how you write, and your preferred comment language. Your name, photo and LinkedIn link are visible to the other members of any circle you join. Your headline and writing notes are not shown to anyone; they are used only to make AI drafts sound like you.
What you do in a circle. The circles you create or join, the LinkedIn post links and post text you share, and a record of which posts you engaged with, so the give-before-you-take balance can be worked out.
AI usage. A count of how many drafts you asked for each day, to enforce your plan's daily limit. We do not keep the drafts.
Technical. A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs containing IP addresses, as any web server does. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We process your account and circle data because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract). Where an item is genuinely optional, such as your writing notes, we rely on your consent, and you can clear it at any time by emptying the field.
Who else sees it
Other members of your circles see your name, photo, LinkedIn profile link, the posts you share, and your give and take balance.
Neon hosts our database, in Frankfurt, Germany.
Vercel hosts the site and processes requests.
Google (and LinkedIn, if you sign in that way) confirm who you are. They tell us your name, email and photo; we tell them nothing about what you do here.
Anthropic receives, only when you ask for a draft: the text of the post being commented on, your headline and writing notes if you set them, and your chosen language. It does not receive your name, email or LinkedIn link. Anthropic does not use this to train its models.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt). Some of the providers above operate globally and may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Your account and its content stay until you delete your account. When you do, we delete your account, your profile, your circle memberships, the posts you shared, your engagement records and your AI usage counts. Posts and circles created by others are not affected. Deletion is permanent and we cannot undo it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. You can change your name, photo and LinkedIn link yourself on your account page at any time. For anything else, email contact@linksprod.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU and you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
The browser extension
Our optional Chrome extension runs on linkedin.com. It reads the page you are already looking at so it can offer to share that post to your circle, and it shows posts from your circles in a side panel. It cannot click, type or post anything on LinkedIn, it does not run on any other website, and it sends nothing anywhere until you press a button.
Children
Cercle is for working professionals and is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you by email before anything significant takes effect.
